Blurton Completes Wheat Shocker Sweep

Bryan Hulbert – HAYS, Kan. (July 17, 2022) The wins keep on coming for Blurton, who made it a sweep of the Wheat Shocker Nationals at Rolling Plains Motor Speedway with the Drive to Zero United Rebel Sprint Series presented by Mel Hambelton Ford.

Keeping the lead from the pole, Blurton rolled to the line ahead of Steven Richardson, with Jeremy Huish taking the last podium step. Ty Williams and Tyler Knight settled the top five. Jake Martens, Jon Freeman, Jake Potter, Luke Cranston, and Gunnar Pike made up the top ten.

The Drive to Zero United Rebel Sprint Series presented by Mel Hambelton Ford goes green again at Dodge City Raceway Park on Friday, July 22, and Saturday, July 23.
